what works for asthma?

hey guys and gals,.

well, i've recently been diagnosed with asthma.

i just dont know if it is or not.

This is a bit like a 'constant' heimlich manoeuvre - get into the habit of breathing from your diaphragm, not merely expanding your chest area. It may help especially in the anxiety situations as you find you can take longer, deeper, steadier breaths - that's how singers are able to hold notes longer and control their volume - you get what I'm going to say next - better peak flow and lung capacity.

I do have asthma caused by the chemicals I used to work with (but fortunately I'm away from them now), It never affected my breathing too much because I'd also been trained how to sing so strangely, I don't need any meds prescribed! The only time I have major problems is when I get a cold or chest infection.

that the end would come before the beginning, but as time drifts on i see that chronology isn't a proven theory, and thoughts are only partially relevant.

drifting off to sleep at night to sleep a thoughtless dream, or dream a thoughtless sleep, and end a day that was never waking, and morning comes too quickly and the alarm clock is not often heard.

and maybe the end has come, and it was just like the beginning, and the beginning isn't happening.

I need a new drink

i usually drink red wine but sometimes when i'm out i want something mixed.

i recently was turned on to southern comfort and sprite and really like it, but would prefer something without soda in it.

how can somebody be so annoying and be so friggen perfect at the same time?

i don't mean this in a jw sort of way, just a general sort of way..

It could actually be a person that is actually very nice and humble... However, to you personnally, he/she's annoying....

If that was the case, I would take a look at my own attitude to that person and try to work out why they 'pushed my buttons' so much - who or what does their personality trait remind me of etc?

The truth will set you free...
